Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

• The customer can exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition without damage or use.
• The customer has to pay the exchange shipping cost.

Return Policy:

• The customer can return the product within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition without damage or use.
• The customer has to pay the return shipping cost.

• If it is confirmed that there is an error in the order; We will take the appropriate action to correct it and bear the costs.
• We apologize for canceling the order after payment.
